Weird hobble dress bug?

So I've run into a weird, but very particular bug, and am curious if anyone else has seen it.

 

I am currently using Kziitd's BSDM maid mod + its dependencies to reproduce, but have seen this issue pop up a few other places as well. Most of the outfits pieces work great, however when I go to equip the maid body (or any other outfit in the toolkit), it instead immediately unequips it and equips a red hobble dress, which does not appear in my inventory:

 

 

I've seen this a few times before as well, most recently from the tentacle outfit in Deviously Cursed Loot. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

Figured out the issue! Turns out I had a red hobble dress in my inventory that did not get properly unequipped somehow. I fixed it by spam clicking it until the script reattached, then unlocking it again. Leaving this thread up in case anyone else encounters a similar issue!
