Oh My SOG...

Hey all! I recently lost a hard drive and now I'm trying to replace all the Skyrim mods that I had in my collection. I'm struggling to find the "Skyrim of Garansilent" npc replacer, A.K.A "SOGS". I've tried using the Korean download link which makes me install some sort of downloader, but then I can't get any further... can't read Korean. I've also tried downloading it from Steam but I keep getting some error about me not having the DLC which I do have. So I'm at my wits end... can anyone provide a download link for SOGS? Thanks!
