Place with maximum fps/performance?

Is there a mod or place in skyrim that has the most fps and performance? Prefer if it has minimum things/mesh to render in, interior, and/or lighting.

Trying to test some mods but everywhere outside has npcs and and inside is stuffed with items.

 

Seen some mods that look like photo studios with a few camera lights but don't know where to find it.

Any mods or places anyone recommends?

Yah. Places like those. The simpler the better if it has lights.

Just want a place to try out newly installed mods.
