Pianoedvard Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 I am trying to fix my game so that it can run AAF. I could before, but then i had to update a few mods because some were outdated and thus i downloaded newer versions of them and uninstaled and deleted the outdated ones. I think it was after this that AAF refused to work, at all.I looked around for stuff to try and came across the console command stopquest "aaf_mainquest" and "startquest aaf_mainquest". That gave me message "(074) AAF Error: mainquestscript could not be populated. savefiles appears to be corrupted. So i installed fallrim tools and removed orphaned scripts from the save. I was hopeful but nothing changed! I still got the same message on the newly cleaned save that it was corrupted when attempting the console command to force aaf to start. So i saved again and checked fallrim tools. There i found all the orphaned files i had just deleted from that save! Â I am at a loss.. This is my last attempt at getting somewhere with this. If this don't get me anywhere i will have to settle with a fallout 4 without all the shinanigans of AAf...
ilovetea69 Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 i reinstalled the game along with aaf and get this error when i start a new game(!) would appreciate if someone could help.

I fixed it just now actually. There was a mod conflict. You must look through your mod manager, and be thurough. Then just start deleting mods that you might suspect could have something to do with it. Fixed mine my doing that. I don't know which mod it was cause i deleted quite a few.
