SOS errors

Most the time after installing SOS i get an error message about my saved games being corrupt. If i load them the game CTD's. if i avoid the corrupted game it can some time CTD on the game i try to load or it give the infinite load screen. I am using custom races for a couple females. But im NOT using SOS on the females just the males. I was hoping to get more imput as too what to look for to fix this. Ive tried installing SOS for skyrim LE and Skyrim SE  seprately and even on Fallout 4 and ive had the same issues with all three games as well as trying diffrent mod managers to install the mods with.
