Animations not playing

So I've been having a bit of difficulty with AAF for some reason, where none of the animations play. I use any mod to launch the animations, Violate, hardship, Vanilla Fudge, and then my character and the NPCs just stand still, if I don't cancel the "animation" they just stand there forever. I've done fresh installs on everything, and that's not fixed it. I even tried switching from Nexus to Vortex, didn't help either.

I'm sorry if I haven't provided much details, this is sort of the first time I haven't been able to fix the problem on my own so I'm not really sure what details I need to provide. if needed I can provide further details on my problem, just not sure what details are needed
