neck deformation UUNP help

So I had a neck seam that I fixed by running it through unp texture blender fair skin, but now there's this weird deformation going on near the neck area?? I tried creating a new UUNP mesh but the issue persists even replacing the old seamed textures but the problem is still there, anyone well versed in bodyslide and uunp tex blend/ unp texture blend care to chime in please

I think I found your "problem" it is a shoulder smooth slider, try to play with it to correct the issue.
