Sims 4 camera span and controls

Hello!

I record a lot of small sims clips but usually do stills like this:

As you can see the camera is still and the sims are moving.

What I want to do:

is move the camera while in camera mode (tab) but smoothly. Using the <^> keys sometimes produces a jittery film and also just going up/down left/right is boring. This video is a good example of the slow camera span im trying to do:
