My reasoning (apart from horniness) is that they are, to a degree, servants of Molag Bal aka the Deadric Prince of Corruption and the King of Rape. Some ideas I've had are: PC gets raped and used as a source of blood by the vampires before she's turned into one PC gets raped by Harkon in Vampire Lord form when she's turned If PC refuses gift she's kept as a thrall and... you get the idea. I know it's quest destructive so maybe add an MCM flag for it.

The rape part plays a role in Serana's lover quest. The quest itself is quite good, you might wanna look into that.
