Wet Function Redux + Botox + JH NPCs replacer = No wet texture?

As the title said, WFR works wonderfully if I don't use Botox, JH or both. Otherwise, female NPCs have no texture even when manually applied. Player character still gets the effect. I tested on vanilla Vampire and WFR also work so I guess neither Botox or JH cover the Vampire Race. Am I the only one with this issue? If not, then "how does one go around using WFR with NPC replacer?"
