Mage Armor Request

Hello folks, this is my first post on this awesome site and what I had in the thoughts was of a mage armor mod from the Nexus.

 

This guy has created a very cool looking mage armor, howevere it is an incomplete work, it is merely a resource at this point.

However the file can be downloaded from the Nexus and I am pretty sure that someone can pick this work up and finish it.

Now I have no clue how to create armors, I have basic knowledge of the Creation Kit but that's it.

 

So please, please, PLEASE can someone with the skill take the time to make this armor into the game, because it is undeiniable awesome to look at.
