Why is there a lack of horse saddle mods?

Out of all the mods for horses out there, I have not seen a whole lot of custom saddle mods. I have seen a few but most of them seem to be retextures or slightly modified meshes that keep to the same designs. I am wondering if anyone has seen some with like, western saddle meshes? I have one for the oblivion game which will not work on my winblows 10 gaming computer.
