CTD related to wolfskull cave (I think)

Well here I come to bargain again...

 

I was having problems on my first save related to meridia's statue because I cant even walk that road, game crashes immediatly. I tried the past saves and it didnt allow me to go there. 

 

So I opened clean save and deleted old one. This time I was be able to do Meridia's quest with no CTD but it came back... This time I ve tried to complete Jarl elisif quest on amorous adentures and took wolfskull cave and it broke again... Past saves wont even work. Game completely crashes when I tried to go there regardless of saves. Little help pretty plz
