Repeated CTD or Freezing, possibly SLA/Sexlife or MME related

So I have been recently having this occur far more often than is tolerable. If I fast travel somewhere, there's a good chance that after the loading screen it'll go black (or black with current level bar) and just complete freeze. Task Manager will say that Skyrim is not responding.

 

The same has occasionally occurred at random while walking, namely near LBS and Whiterun Stables.

 

The alternative is that the game will just CTD, or sometimes amazingly it'll work fine. I've also gotten the occasional DD fatal error (which doesn't make sense, I reinstalled them properly), and one MME fatal error - but the freezing/ctd has only increased since MME was installed.

 

The reason I'm thinking it could be SLA/Sexlife is because of a different issue (not present in the papyrus log) - when playing as a female character, occasionally NPCs would walk up, look my character, and the game itself would keep running, but I would lose all menu and character control. As if it was hanging searching for an animation. In once instance there was a "making a move" notification just before the NPC ran up.
