so basically im looking for feminine underwear that has a bulge (or possibly that have a penis hanging out somehow?). im always sad about the lack of content for male sims, and its not quite the same when the underwear i pick is flat in front. itd be awesome if someone could create something like this or even modify some of the female underwear people have created.
