Entering a certain cell causes CTD

I have this follower mod "Buxom Wench Yuriana" which is most probably the culprit of my recent CTDs that occurred while trying to enter the Hall of Attainment in the College of Winterhold. I have some crash logs implicating that either the eye textures or the skeleton data is causing the CTD. On the other hand, when I opened the xEdit to check for the potential cell conflicts I realized there were some, indeed. I was wondering if anyone here can tell me what to do next. The reason I am not asking help from nexus is mainly that the mod uses some similar stuff with ZaZ Pack (heretical resources) and some bikini armors, and apparently conflicts with them.
