[Request} Dragon Age Origins Model Swap

I don't know if anyone even plays it anymore, but I have a request regarding certain weapon and armor models in game that aren't covered by the Winter Forge mod. See, I have the mod called Grey Wardens of Ferelden, and I can't recommend it highly enough, but it does miss several items that it should cover.

My request is to replace the following items with their respective versions from the Grey Wardens mod. The items are as follows: Duncan's Sword and Dagger from the Return to Ostagar DLC, Asturian's Might from the Warden's Keep DLC, Gift of the Grey, Effort armor set from the vanilla game, and lastly the starting arms and armor of the Orlesian Warden-Commander from Awakening. 
If anyone is willing to do this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
