how do i customize the body of a sim

I don't know how to change or customize the body of a sim can anyone help me out? on how to do it. I am trying to change and edit the body parts and the pubic hair but there does not seem to have an option.

you need to start your game, goto your home, then back out to manage world, and then edit your household. you are not allowed to edit a sims body parts when you first start sims, and havent entered a home yet.

 

if you have mod command center, then you can at least edit the sim fully once you enter a home after first starting up, without having to back out to manage worlds.

 

as for pubic hair, that should be located in skin details if youre using wildguy's female details kit.
