Script to add a trap for SOS/SL

I have been puttering about trying to make a ToyLand Mod for LE but since this will include a lot of "dolly" type characters i would like to prevent any sex stuff from happening with the mod running so

 

1 how do i disable SL from working for the Player Character (and any of the custom NPCs)

2 how do i prevent visible "packages" (i could build a null package)

3 without requiring either SexLab or SOS as a dep (if they are not installed the scripts should fail silently)
