Do you have the latest Skyrim version? Do you have the requirements (and of course, its requisites as well) installed correctly? Did you check if the esp plugin was active? Is the esp plugin on the bottom of the load order? Did you install the mod on a fresh installation? Do you have another mods installed? Can you please attach your load order?
