Cities or large buildings Illuminated at the distance

Hello. 

Well, this mod adds a false light effect to the distance. To cities and large buildings.

But I had to uninstall it because it is a very complicated Mod and it was causing CTDs in my game.
 

I was wondering if there is a Mod that adds false light at the distance like that but without being so extremely complex. And obviously I only want the light effect, and not all the engineering of a complex Mod
