having werid ctd and getting differnt results across differnt saves

so currently i've had some odd issues the first is that i will crash when going into the forge and crafting any item, i than checked with coc riverwood02 from mainmenu and could not recreate the crash, i than made a new save and broke my mcm somehow and now i recreated the forge crashing bug but not sure how i did so. any help or suggestions would be helpful. its also not the individual items though since i can add the item via console and equip it.

Have you tried a save cleaner?? Don't know if that is the issue ,but the Alternate start should be in the bottom of the load order..
