Automatic NPC sex change

I am a futa lover, but I've never seen a mod that could change the npc sex on its own. Lets say a female NPC get's in fight with male NPC and in the result beats him. With the help of Defeat a sex scene initiates when female equips an equippable schlong to do the thing. Is there a way to configure sexlab or get hands on other mod that automatically would change sex for a female and give her a real schlong from the SOS list?

Either SexLab Romance or SexLab Solutions has an MCM setting where you can set the default male/female choice to pegging... but I don't remember which one it was and can't check right now.
