Owner run bar in strip club?

Would it be possible to make it so strip club clients treat a bar run by a household member the same as if it is run by an employee? My current sim has a day job (and because of this they can't be an official employee of the club) but likes to run the bar at their club in the evening. However I've noticed that clients seem to ignore the bar if it isn't being run specifically by a dancer.
