tops and bottoms as accesories

I use a lot of custom nude meshes and it bothers me a little bit that my sims have a completely different body when dressed.

If you could link me to some tops, bottoms, skirts or whatever that are listed as accesories instead, I'd be really thankful. (Underwear would be really nice too)
