Manually removing NPC clothes in VR

I've never posted here before, and was wondering if this was possible or already exists.
What i'm talking about is actually manually removing the clothes from followers or NPC's by hand, using hand gestures in VR.

i.e. lifting up skirts, pulling down tops, complete removal of clothing through physics

Not via a UI interface or by stealing their clothing while they sleep etc.

Can someone tell me if:

1. This has already been done and where I can find it

2. If it doesn't exist if it's even possible

There are ways that you can get skirts to move to "lift up" if they have full-mesh physics and collisions enabled and you poke it with a similar object.

Nothing closer tho.
