Character won't move after crafting multiple items at once

I've been at this problem for, want to say more than an hour now, I'm kind of baffled as to how this has happened. It seems that if I'm at any item crafting station in Skyrim SE and craft more than one item at a time, the menu will automatically close, the camera will zoom in to 1st person or right behind their back, and I will lose the ability to move at all. The rest of the game around my character keeps moving, people keep talking etc, and I can even have my character masturbate where they are, but that's it. Sometimes I can move the camera around or draw whatever weapon I have equipped, but that's it-- and usually it has the camera look outside the world boundaries. I went through the whole process of turning off any recent mods I'd installed one by one, booting the game up, repeating the glitch, quitting, turning another one off etc. I had installed quite a few new ones in the past 2 days, but now I'm back to my previous load out and the glitch is still happening. 

I have found a very temporary solution in which I craft one item, exit out of the station, then go back and do it again, literally crafting an item one at a time. If I'm forced to do this, so be it, but I'd really rather get it working properly again and avoid any other potential glitches too. 

 

I have my list of enabled mods attached, but I'm not sure how to find the load order. I don't have loot installed, sorry. I'm using Vortex btw
