Veta Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Pretty simple i have two characters , Drah and Darea and I want to port them in each others saves as followers , The process I followed was : 1: go to selected character and type command savepcface which saved a .npc file at skyrim directory . 2: with the Ck I selected the character I wanted to import Drah's face to ( this case DB initiate ) but drah's face doesn't match neither his body not his previous appearance . Pics Darea Correct Drah Ported Drah
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 ... also known as the "grey/gray-face bug". You can fix this via the CK. Open up your follower's .esp, find their name in the "Actors" window, click on it ONCE to highlight it, and press CTRL+F4. This will "export" the facegen. You will be prompted to continue, select "Yes". Give it time, and wait for the confirmation popup. Save, and exit. It would also be worth checking the WEIGHT of the NPC you are modifying in Vanilla (ie: load up the Vanilla .esms in the CK, and open the NPC to look). Make sure your MODIFIED NPC's weight matches. Many NPC's do not seem to "like" having certain values & inventory items being changed.
