Mesh missing

Hello, 

The game starts up fine, but when the new game is loaded I'm surrounded by frickin' exclamation marks and I even drop through the game. I've installed an ENB file, so something must've gone wrong there, but how do I fix it? I copied the two files of the ENB into the Skyrim folder. It's literally most of the meshes are simply gone.  :c

Is there a quick fix for this? Or a file that I've forgotten to include?

Okay, oof. I definitely did something wrong with the ENB. I installed Silent Horizons and Dolomite weather ENB. And now even in the main menu, the smoke that appears under the Skyrim emblem is an exclamation mark. xD
