Bugged Build Mode items.

I'm hoping someone could help me (or give me a hint). I just noticed it yesterday, but it's been around for a while: The Community Board (Eco Lifestyle) has been replaced with a box that has a red X on it and just reads "debug". I can't place it, and when I try to copy it, it reds it as if the very base ground textures are there.
I'm thinking it might either be a build mode CC or some CC script that is causing the bug, but I'm not sure. Any ideas? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.
I'm not going to lie, I have a shit ton of CC for the sims 4 (Generally speaking, I usually mod games with NMM/vortex, as it tells you how many plugins a game can handle. Sadly, it doesn't allow for Sims 4), but the game still starts up, and aside from this issue, I haven't noticed anything else that really affects gameplay.
