too many mods and not sure what to choose

Hi -

I'm running Skyrim VR and have Sexlab running. Kept getting an error so I went one version back and the error went away.

 

There are so many mods and unsure where to start. Advice with links would be appreciated.

I want to make the players look more realistic - so many mods who knows what is good or not.

Then I also want the sex parts as well.
