New Face presets dont work

Hi there,

i wanted to make a compainon mod playable as preset from the character menu.

Here is a screenshot how it looks in the CK:

 

In game it's still the default vanilla preset, what is the problem? Why aren't it shown ingame as n the CK?

 

Please help
