Need help setting up modded FO4

So I recently got FO4 GOTY on Steam for a deal (70% off :D) and I have a modded Skyrim SE, but I have no idea where to start for modding Fallout 4. Is there an All-In-One out there I can go off of? Any recommendations for body mods? Adult mods?

@flutie The discord links you posted just redirect me to discord in my web browser, they dont add a server or open anything specific. Whats in them?

links to the mod channels, it seems you have to be logged in to discord for them to work, will try to redo them
