[FIXED-ish]: Can't REMOVE Feminine Male Sims Underwear

I've tried a search of the forum and can't really find a solution to my problem. If there is one and I've missed it I apologize.

So, I have Wicked Whims installed and pretty much everything about it seems to be working fine, except that any time I have a feminine-frame male sim I can't remove their underwear in CAS. Every other combination works, I can remove underwear from both feminine and masculine female sims and from masculine male sims, it's only feminine male sims I have this problem with.

And all sims can strip to become nude outside of CAS, too. It's only feminine male sims that won't allow me to create an outfit without underwear unless I choose a penis in CAS, which doesn't help if the penis I have picked in the body selector doesn't show up in CAS. (Which, if anyone asks, I have also tried this on sims with a penis that does show up both in CAS and the body selector.)

The attached pictures are of the same mostly randomized male sim with a feminine and masculine frame. Aside from some face and hair tweaking on the feminine frame, all I've done is remove their clothes. I was able to x out the underwear on the masculine frame but not on the feminine frame.

If need be I will take screenshots of my mod list, but I'm hoping someone can think of a solution without my having to do that as I already know I have a few mods that aren't installed properly and I need to fix them, but I've already removed every mod that I personally could see causing this specific problem, everything else that I know is broken is unrelated.

Well, I fixed it sorta. I found another thread on the sims 4 studio site talking about changing the default underwear and while I was trying to figure out what to do with that info I took a look at Wicked Whims in S4S and noticed that RestrictOppositeFrame was checked under its ymBottom_Nude whereas that wasn't the case with yfBottom_Nude. Unchecking it in ymBottom_Nude yielded almost the result I was looking for.

I can see how this doesn't look spectacular, but honestly I'd prefer a weird slightly-disembodied penis over just not being able to remove the underwear at all. It occurs to me that leaving the underwear on for this combination was probably more of a feature than a bug at this stage but it might at least be worth mentioning somewhere that this is the case.

I encountered this issue as well, and as a complete newbie to Sims 4 Studio, here's the guide I wish I'd had to fixing it lol:

 

1. Right-click the mod package (TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package) and open with Sims 4 Studio
2. Click over to the Warehouse tab and find the CAS Part with the file name ymBottom_Nude
3. Under PartFlags2, uncheck RestrictOppositeFrame
4. Save

 

I did this by copying the package out, modifying it, deleting the original, and replacing it with the modified one, but I don't know if that's necessary.

 

One side effect: I was able to use Wicked Whims for a few minutes without encountering anything unusual, then a "FATAL ERROR - FILES MISMATCH" notification popped up telling me the tuning file and script file aren't from the same release. However, it went away, and everything seems to be functioning excellently!

 

I do have another issue where using custom genitalia in the body selector is causing him to put on shorts any time he should be naked, but I'm unsure whether that's related or if it's an issue with the genitalia mod. I only have the one custom genitalia for now, so I'll have to do some more testing to see. It definitely works when the body selector's set to default though, so I'm happy.

This issue is still relevant for me too.  But Changing "RestrictOppositeFrame" gives an error:

The value 0.5 is not valid for the Sim Data type Single in resource: 545AC67A-007B6002-000000004884A25D. Please make sure that you have formatted it correctly. All numbers except LocalizationKey and ResourceKey values should be in decimal format.

 

Is there any other solution currently?

Oh wow I didn't realize people had responded to this.

Thank you for clarifying for me @mugenville it's been a while but I think you did basically what I did. It completely slipped my mind to actually walk through it when I posted.

I'll be honest the above was as far as I got. I don't currently have Sims 4 installed and I don't know if anything has changed with more recent versions of Wicked Whims that would affect this. If I ever come back to it I'll explore this further though. I have some basic 3d modelling knowledge and ambitions of modding this and other games myself, and one of the things I would want to do is create a solution for this specific issue one way or another if I can.
