PERSISTENT Neck Seam on all females even after deleting all mods, Mod Organizer 2 folder and reinstalling entire game....

Yesterday i tried to tinker around bodyslider in order to use CBBE SMP outfits on UNP bodies to remove all clothing glitchings. 

Now i have a PERSISTENT neck seam not only on custom but all female vanilla races too. Deleted everything and did a fresh reinstall yet the neck/face mismatch is still present.

 

*I used batch build option carelessly and probably, overwrote vampire, falmer, nord and countless Npc's vanilla meshes alongwith CBBE outfits....

 

The only mod i am using now is unofficial performance optimized textures (UPOT for low end machines v9) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21166
