ESP/ESN Translator - Translate other languages to English

Hey everyone!  I know it's been a while since I've been active on Lovers Lab, but I'm still here.  I have everything figured out as far as where I want to get mods from outside of the Nexus website except for one small hiccup.  It has to do with the ESP-ESN translator mod I installed from the Skyrim SE Nexus website.  I'm trying to figure out how to translate mods to English.  Is it possible to do?  I'm still brand new to this and would like to use other mods from other sources other than Nexus.  But I noticed there is no BBD file you can get anywhere to accomplish the job unless I'm not looking hard enough? 

 

If someone can guide me in the right direction, then I won't have anymore problems trying to figure this out.  These different websites have some very nice mods.  Some of the mods look even better than what the Nexus has to offer.  I would like to use them in most of my games, but the only problem is I got to learn how to translate the mods to English.  Someone please help.
