sims4 No Mods file under "Electronic Arts"

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I REALLY have no idea what's wrong with my SIMS4 now. Under my Electronic Arts file there's no Mods file no matter how many time I open the game and close it. And I search "mods" in my computer, I still can't find one. This is the newest version of Sims4 by the way. And last year when I played the game I could find the Mods file, then I deleted it after several days because I had to focus on my school stuff. Several days ago I downloaded it again from Origin and I don't know why this time I can't fine Mods file.
