Hmmmm more reality in combat?

I dont know if there are similiar topics like this but im wondering if someone could make mod like Deadly Mutilation(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31944) but more advanced, cutting of hands, legs or cutting oponents in half(from right shoulder to left hip, you know what i mean:P).

Or something like destroing bodies in Fallout LV, im sure there will be literaly avalanche of replies like "Do it yourself!" or something like that, but i dont know anything about modding( i even have troubles with installing mods with NMM lol). Sorry for crappy eng, its not my native lang:/
