so there is still no better looking enchantment for a weapon lke when you sword is enchanted by ice the sword should look like it is covered with some ice not the glowing letters also the animated enchanting weapon doest not replace the enchantment of the weapon its just enhance the glow for vanilla skyrim enchantment

so far there is still no enchantment effect replacers i think i may have to try this  but the weapon is too overpowered

If you could get the mod authors permission maybe the effect could be extracted so it could be used on any weapon

If you can adjust blood mapping for custom weapons, I'm sure you can do the same with custom enchant effects. That's about all I can say though.
