I turned off nudity switch in the settings, but still my sims acquire Naturism skills in certain weird occasion.

(the sim doesn't even get naked but still learned naturism skill)

From what I remember, the Naturism skill works best at level 5 . In order for this to happen, the sim must perform some actions in front of a mirror
