The only mod I know that would benefit from this is Sim Settlements, if you're using a lot of different city plans.
The game allocates ~67mb of memory when reading script properties and normally that's more than enough for the vanilla game, but Sim Settlements eats a ton of that, and with too many city plans, the game won't load saves anymore. This plugin doubles that memory allocation to ~134mb. It shouldn't cause any problems, it's the same patch as SSE Engine Fixes' SaveGameMaxSize fix, just ported over to Fallout 4.

Have been testing this out in Fallout 4 and it really seems to make a difference with Lovers Lab scripted addons... ;)
