AuronXCZE-temp Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Hey everyone, i could use some help, Im not new to modding by far, but have not touched Skyrim for good 2-3 years, now what i have a problem with is, what version should i use? Oldrim or SSE ? When i last modded, SSE had plenty of mods, but overall, Oldrim had the better support in terms of NSFW mods, did that change over the last 2 years ? Is SSE getting more love or not ? Thanks in advance!
blank_v Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 If You want to play game -> SE If You want to take ScreenShots / Videos etc ( or You want to have better game but with way less FPS ) -LE You can also play on LE but i already tested it and SE have more FPS So if Your computer is like mine made of sticks and rocks and You can't run games with 60 FPS, you should use SE ( it gives you 10/15 more FPS ) - in LE ( without ENB ) i have around 40 FPS in SE ( without ENB ) i have stable 60 FPS ( with no drops ) But for LE You have more stuff, mods, better ENB etc. About how stable is LE and SE... i was using SexLab and other mods... it was long time ago but i had instlled almost every single Sex related mod from LoversLab my game NEVER CRASHED... i was using LE Version ofc. so if sm1 is talking "SE is more stable, don't crash like LE" he is simply idiot that can't install mods properly... Sure... maybe they fix some problems in SE... But remember Skyrim still have many bugs from TES 4... and both LE and SE without any mods works perfectly fine... so crashes are not about Vanila SE / LE but about Mods and how ppl install them

blank_v Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 @AuronXCZE-temp Most of most popular SexMods were already ported to SE But i know that SE SexLab have many bugs that LE don't have for example, when i was helping my friend on Discord, before animation end NPCs reequip outfit 2/3 sec before end of animation... little bug but i never saw similar thing in LE SL If Your computer is strong as You say, use LE version more mods, and 99% of mods are designed for LE and then PORTED to SE So few things may sometimes not work perfect in SE if mods were ported from LE //Edit: You see numbers on image above... as You can see SE SexLab mods is 4 times less than for LE SexLab
