Game lags bad when NPC's start dancing/playing instrument

As the title states im having a problem with lag whenever a NPC tries to dance or play an instrument. It usually only happens while I am inside an inn but im not 100% sure which mod is causing this. Can anyone look over my load order and see which mod is causing this so I can tweak it or disable?
