Player Character No Longer Talking

After getting captured with AAF Violate and plugged with Plugs of the Commonwealth, I can hear moans from CustomMoans, I think. However, my character no longer talks when having conversations with vanilla NPCs. I see the subtitles and the NPCs respond like normal. Just my character doesn't talk and no lip movement. Anyone know what would cause this?
