I'd love a mod that restored the functionality of AllowForRandom

As discussed in this thread, I've discovered that setting AllowForRandom to off (unchecking the box in Sims4Studio) simply doesn't work. An item with AllowForRandom set to false will still be selected when the random button is pressed in CAS. I don't know if AllowForLiveRandom is similarly nonfunctional, but I suspect it probably is. I'd really like to be able to have that functionality back, so I can have greater control over which CC items show up randomly.
