Help figuring what to download?

I kind of feel overwhelmed by the massive amount of animations and items to download. I feel like so many different Meshes "clash" or issues develop and i lose track of which ones to delete or keep.

 

Is there any "core" or must have lists for general use that creates the best and easiest experience?

28.14 of this video (in russian and a bit outdated, sorry). List of basic presets and full hentai presets recomended by some streamers.

 Also if you go full hentai route try nisa's wicked too.
