How do you turn The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim into a sex game?

I'm looking to make little porn clips with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim I see them on porn sites all the time but I have no idea where to begin.

I only have the original The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim  game. (PC)

I'd like to be able to mess around in like a little sandbox if possible...

I'd like to be able to control NPC's and have them perform sex acts, while being able to manipulate the camera. Also bonus points if you can guide me to mods that let the characters do different fetishes.
