Azzhat Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 For some reason my character keeps flickering and disappearing in certain areas. I googled a solution but the only thing I came across was for the landscape. I'm not sure if the solutions they gave will work for a character and I'm not brave enough to test it out. Does anyone know if those solutions work or is there something else I need to do?
BlackQuest Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 I have the same problem. Does no one know anything?
South8028 Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 The actor himself never disappeared. But that was with npc, which used more clothing polygons than my graphics card could handle. The same thing happened recently when I made an animated laserbeam and sped up the animation too much. The laser moved at such a speed that the meshes on the other side of the laserbeam began to pixelate and disappear. Moreover, the FPS did not fall, but the engine could not maintain the animation speed and ate the adjacent mesh. Respectively. This happens when there is not enough video memory, or when the frame rate is very high.
