Please help with glowing underbody issue

Hello all. I have a bizarre issue with a doppelganger hanging out under my body. See it when I jump or am standing on thin surfaces ( as shown in the screenshot standing on a bridge). Only seems to be affecting PC and Piper. Other NPCs, custom or not, do not seem to have the issue. I have played with many new builds and this is the first time noticing this issue. Spent many hours trying to resolve with no luck. Any knowledge or advice about what could cause this?

Just in case anybody else ever has this issue. It was because I loaded a looksmenu preset that included some tattoos that I had forgotten to re-enable in MO2 on a new game build.
