Mod change charater pose ?

Hi! I wonder is there a mod that allow us to grab vectors ( points, circles, ) to edit, change charater pose . I think it look like this :

You can edit bones positions with keys ( Z X C to select direction Arrows to rotate / move )

But there is no mod ( or i never heard about ) that allow you to grab bones with your mouse...
